Rob Hock brings over twenty years of government contracting experience to Magnum Capital. Throughout his career Rob has managed many successful projects in both the public and private sectors including the Instrument Landing Systems at the Denver International Airport, Security Improvements to Whiteman AFB for the B-2 Bomber and numerous schools, retail facilities, hospitals, prisons and condominiums around the country.
Prior to joining Magnum Capital, Rob was with Opus South Construction and it’s subsidiary Opus Military Communities, LLC working on pursuit and acquisition of privatized military housing and other government projects.
Rob is an Accredited Professional by the United States Green Building Council in Leadership in Environmental Education and Design (LEED) and works to insure that all of Magnum Capital’s endeavors are environmentally responsible. He also is a licensed Florida General Contractor, CGC 1513936.
Rob is active in the community and is a graduate of Leadership Okaloosa. In his spare time he volunteers in youth athletics and manages a Challenger League baseball team for children and young adults with disabilities.
